The semicircular spot behind the viewfinder on an analog camera is called the light meter. It measures the amount of light in the scene and helps the photographer determine the correct exposure settings for the film. By adjusting the aperture, shutter speed, or ISO based on the light meter readings, the photographer can ensure that the image is properly exposed. **

Calcium crystals, also known as otoconia, play a significant role in the sense of balance by helping to detect changes in head position and movement. They are located in the utricle and saccule, which are parts of the vestibular system in the inner ear. When the head moves, the otoconia shift and stimulate hair cells, sending signals to the brain about the body's position in space. The semicircular canals, on the other hand, do not contain otoconia. Instead, they are filled with a fluid called endolymph, which helps detect rotational movements of the head. The absence of otoconia in the semicircular canals allows them to detect different types of movements and work in conjunction with the utricle and saccule to provide a comprehensive sense of balance. **

To perform a chakra cleansing on your own, you can start by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. Begin by focusing on your breath and then visualize each chakra starting from the root chakra and moving up to the crown chakra. As you focus on each chakra, imagine a bright light or color cleansing and balancing the energy in that area. You can also use affirmations, meditation, yoga, or specific chakra cleansing techniques such as using crystals or essential oils to help balance and cleanse your chakras. Regular practice of these techniques can help achieve energy balance and promote overall well-being. **

While some may find them helpful for relaxation, focus, and spiritual growth, others may not resonate with these practices. It ultimately depends on an individual's beliefs and experiences. **

The strange feeling you may be experiencing during chakra meditation could be a sense of energy moving through your body, or a tingling sensation in certain areas. This is often associated with the activation or balancing of the chakras, which are energy centers in the body. It's not uncommon to feel a range of physical sensations, emotions, or even memories surfacing during chakra meditation as the energy within you is being realigned and harmonized. It's important to observe these feelings without judgment and allow the energy to flow freely. **
