To perform a chakra cleansing on your own, you can start by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. Begin by focusing on your breath and then visualize each chakra starting from the root chakra and moving up to the crown chakra. As you focus on each chakra, imagine a bright light or color cleansing and balancing the energy in that area. You can also use affirmations, meditation, yoga, or specific chakra cleansing techniques such as using crystals or essential oils to help balance and cleanse your chakras. Regular practice of these techniques can help achieve energy balance and promote overall well-being. **

It's not uncommon to feel a range of physical sensations, emotions, or even memories surfacing during chakra meditation as the energy within you is being realigned and harmonized. It's important to observe these feelings without judgment and allow the energy to flow freely. **
