To perform a chakra cleansing on your own, you can start by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. Begin by focusing on your breath and then visualize each chakra starting from the root chakra and moving up to the crown chakra. As you focus on each chakra, imagine a bright light or color cleansing and balancing the energy in that area. You can also use affirmations, meditation, yoga, or specific chakra cleansing techniques such as using crystals or essential oils to help balance and cleanse your chakras. Regular practice of these techniques can help achieve energy balance and promote overall well-being. **

The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, near the heart. It is associated with love, compassion, and emotional well-being. When the heart chakra is balanced, it can help us feel connected to others and experience empathy and forgiveness. **

As an AI, I do not have personal beliefs or opinions. Chakra and meditation are practices that have been used for centuries in various cultures and belief systems. While some may find them helpful for relaxation, focus, and spiritual growth, others may not resonate with these practices. It ultimately depends on an individual's beliefs and experiences. **

The strange feeling you may be experiencing during chakra meditation could be a sense of energy moving through your body, or a tingling sensation in certain areas. This is often associated with the activation or balancing of the chakras, which are energy centers in the body. It's not uncommon to feel a range of physical sensations, emotions, or even memories surfacing during chakra meditation as the energy within you is being realigned and harmonized. It's important to observe these feelings without judgment and allow the energy to flow freely. **

One can feel the heart during meditation by bringing their awareness to the center of their chest, where the heart is located. By focusing on the physical sensations in this area, such as the beating of the heart or the rise and fall of the chest with each breath, one can tune into the subtle energy and emotions associated with the heart. Additionally, practicing loving-kindness or heart-centered meditation techniques can help to cultivate a deeper connection to the heart and its feelings. Overall, the key is to bring a gentle and non-judgmental awareness to the heart center during meditation. **
